Delivery

When you place an order, we will send you an order confirmation email automatically with the order details and expected delivery date.

Carriers

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Deliveries can be tracked and need to be signed for by someone at the delivery address (not necessarily the addressee).

As soon as your order is dispatched we will send an email to confirm. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within a reasonable time of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
